A Devoted Care Provider is a growing provider program that offers superior service to our consumers. We strive to create an exciting and safe client environment through our immaculate group homes and active day habilitation program.

We offer complete and consistent services which consist of Speech, OT, and Physical Therapies and dental and nursing services. We have two awesome Psychiatrist and Psychologist that are leaders in managing behaviors and medications. We have a doctor to provide special and personal needs for our male and female consumers. 

Our group homes are in immaculate, safe, great neighbor hoods and are wheelchair accessible. Our day habilitation program is a structured activity center that offers music, art, task training and social skills. Through the experience and timeless efforts of our case managers and care staff, we take each family’s needs seriously and provide top quality care.
